    Don't know if you've ever read Desert Solitaire by Edward Abby, but you should. It's the year he spent as a ranger in Arches NP.

    Hope all is well your way. Sounds like it! I'm great and headed back to Alaska in mid April. Same job but trying to improve it with a power point presentation before we reach the glacier. Should be better, ya think? My photos and maps will start them off with a better mental picture.
